(Japanese: おやすみのたね。 Seeds of Good Night.) is a Japanese live-action mini program based on Pokémon Sleep. Beginning on June 2, 2024, it airs in Japan, in the Kantō region, every Sunday from 9:54 PM to 10:00 PM on NIPPON TV. Each episode is 2 minutes long.

It was announced on May 30, 2024.
