Jimmy Zoppi is a voice actor for the English-language dub of the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Zoppi was born March 8, 1954 in West Long Branch, New Jersey.

Zoppi was one of the original actors on the anime. Aside from his role as Gary Oak, most of his roles were minor characters, until Pokémon: Battle Frontier, when Pokémon USA took over the dub. Currently he is credited as Billy Beach and provides the voices of James and Meowth from Team Rocket and Professor Oak, as well as Gary Oak. He remains one of the longest running voice actors for the English dub next to Kayzie Rogers.
