Felicity (Japanese: スージー Susie) is a character who appears in Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver. She operates the Jubilife TV Daily Lotto in the former three and the Goldenrod Radio Tower Daily Lotto in the latter two. In Diamond and Pearl, she allows the player to draw a lotto ticket only once.
