Mr. Fuego in the games

Mr. Fuego (Japanese: タタラさん Mr. Tatara) is the man who owns Fuego Ironworks located in Sinnoh. After getting through the maze in the Fuego Ironworks interior, the player reaches the main heater of the building. Standing near this is Mr. Fuego. When talked to, the player will receive a Fire Stone. In Pokémon Platinum, instead of a Fire Stone, he will offer the player a repeatable item trade. One Star Piece can be given for one of each colored shard.

Quotes

"My Ironworks would be nothing if there were no iron. That's why I'm always thankful for nature supplying me with iron."
