Interesting to note
This is the first time Ash has ever taken out a Pokemon while being trapped in a net. Other times, all three characters wait for things to resolve and be saved from the net by their Pokemon. Maybe it's just me but I think Ash is a little stupid for not doing this in previous episodes. --Hoaxygen 08:23, 5 January 2009 (UTC)

Eric Stuart's subliminal message is confirmed, and many people, including myself, have tried reversing the gibberish personally. Eric indeed says "Leo Burnett and 4Kids are the devil!
