Oran Berry is a type of Berry introduced in Generation III.
Locations
Generation III
- Growing on Routes 102, 104, and 111 when the player first arrives there.
- Pretty Petal Flower Shop.
- Gentleman in Lilycove City.
- Pickup.Wrong template. See Template:Sup/doc.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series
It can be found in many dungeons or can be bought for 50 Poké. It can be sold for 25 Poké.
Generation IV
- Growing in Floaroma Town and on Route 205 (south side) when the player first arrives there.
- Pick a Peck of Colors Flower Shop.
- Sometimes given by the Berry Master.
- Always (100% chance) found held by wild Shuckle.
- Often (50% chance) found held by wild Pikachu, Furret, Linoone, or Bibarel.
- Rarely (5% chance) found held by wild Raichu, Sentret, Pichu, or Zigzagoon.

Growth and harvest
Generation III
An Oran Berry will mature from a planted seed to a full-grown, fruit-bearing tree in 12 hours, with 3 hours per stage. An Oran tree will yield 2-3 berries.
Generation IV
An Oran Berry will mature from a planted seed to a full-grown, fruit-bearing tree in 16 hours, with 4 hours per stage. An Oran tree will yield 2-5 berries.
Uses
In-battle
An Oran Berry, if held by a Pokémon, can restore 10 HP when its HP drops to below 1/3, or can be used as an item to restore 10 HP at any time.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series
An Oran Berry recovers 100 of the user's HP when used.

This berry was one of the first berries to be introduced in the anime, along with the Pecha Berry. It is also the berry that makes the most appearances.
Trivia
- The Oran Berry is the only Berry that is an anagram of a Pokémon's name: Aron.
- Its blue coloration is the inverse of the color of its namesake, the orange.
- If held by a Shuckle for long enough, an Oran Berry will become Berry Juice. And if held longer, the Oran Berry will become Rare Candy.
