Pacifidlog Jam (Japanese: 混戦、混乱!ポケモンコンテスト・キナギ大会!(後編) Disorderly Melee! Pokémon Contest - Kinagi Convention! (Part Two)) is the 116th episode of the Advanced Generation series, and the 390th episode of the Pokémon anime. It first aired in Japan on February 24, 2005, in the UK on February 1, 2006, and in the United States on April 8, 2006.
Synopsis
Template:Incomplete synopsis With qualifying for the Grand Festival hanging on the line, May is more determined than ever to win the contest. First, Erica faces Jessie and Meowth and Meowth pretends to use Transform with fake Pokémon costumes. Once the judges notice this deception, they are disqualified. Then May faces off against Joshua and, after some troubles, pulls off a win. Erica finally apologizes to May and together the two have a great battle. After a lucky Fire Spin from Assist, May and Skitty win and May qualifies for the Grand Festival.

Trivia
- A part of Jessie and Erica's battle somewhat mimics May's appeal during the previous episode. Meowth, as a Sunflora, "used" Razor Leaf, which was frozen by Erica's Jynx's Blizzard. In May's appeal, she asked her Skitty to use Assist, which turned into Razor Leaf. She then asked it to use Blizzard to freeze the leaves.
Pokémon Trainer's Choice
- Question: Trainers, which Pokémon is super effective against its own type?
- Choices: Graveler, Salamence, Mudkip
- Answer: OK, trainers! If you chose Salamence, you were right!
- While Salamence is correct, Graveler is also technically strong against its own type, due to Template:Type2 moves being good against Template:Type2s.
Errors
- May's Skitty, a Template:Type2 Pokémon, is damaged by Houndoom's Shadow Ball, which is a Template:Type2 move.
Dub edits
- Jynx's face was recolored.
