The proprietor
The Proprietor (Japanese: マスター Master) is a recurring character who first appeared in Flint Sparks the Fire!. His name is unknown.
He used to be a Pokémon poacher when Volkner and Flint were little kids. He fought against Volkner and his Pikachu, and later became a friend of both Volkner and Flint.
He also made an appearance in The Fleeing Tower of Sunyshore!.
