(Japanese:タクト Takuto) is a Pokémon Trainer who is currently competing in the Suzuran Conference. He first appeared in DP183, but he was shadowed. He was fully revealed in DP185.
History
According to Conway, Takuto easily obtained his eight gym badges and advanced through the first two rounds of the Sinnoh League using just his Darkrai. In DP185 it was shown that he had advanced yet again, now placing in the top 4 of the Suzuran Conference. In DP189 he will battle against Ash in the semifinals.

Darkrai is Takuto's main Pokémon. Using Darkrai, Takuto easily won eight badges in Sinnoh and quickly advanced through the first and second rounds of the Suzuran Conference.
In DP189, it will be battling against Ash's Heracross, Sceptile, Gible, Torkoal and Pikachu, at the least.
