(Japanese: リュウラセンの塔 Dragon Spiral Tower) tower where Reshiram (in Pokémon Black Version) or Zekrom (in Pokémon White Version) is first seen (with N) in the western part of Isshu, just above Sekka City. Though it is not known who built it or when it was built, it is the oldest tower in Isshu.
