Shoal Cave (Japanese: あさせのほらあな Shoal Cave) is a location in Hoenn north of Mossdeep on Route 125. There is an old man who will make you a Shell Bell if you give him 4 Shoal Salts and 4 Shoal Shells during low and high tides respectively. During low tide, a player can go down to the ice room and find wild Snorunt. Also, this is the only place the Pokémon Spheal can be found. The cave houses many Golbat and Zubat as well. High tide is at 10:00 a.m. and low tide is at 4:00 p.m.
