Talk pages

Talk pages are for discussing ways to improve the article, not for asking questions about the subject of the article. Asking when Piplup learned Hydro Pump is not appropriate use of a talk page, and besides, that information is actually in the article. Twice. Furthermore, you need to start signing comments as you leave them. There are two ways to do this: either write ~~~~ (which will automatically leave your username and the time you saved the page) or you can click the signature button ().
