:Nevermind, I'll try to discuss it here as simple as I can. Since we have a the dub openings articles with their lyrics. Can we have an article for other languages containing the lyrics of the openings in that particular language i.e (take Hindi as an example): "Pokémon songs in Hindi" or List of Pokémon songs in Hindi" or something like that. In this way, we don't have to create a separate article for each song for a language, we can have all the openings/endings (their lyrics, to be more specific) in a single article. Notability Question
I found a mini movie on the Internet called Pokémon Apokélypse. Can I make an article about it? Pokedex493 04:40, 2 January 2011 (UTC)

Hi, Kenji-girl, I'm KayKay. I do a lot of work on templates and navigations. I was just wondering if I could get an administrator approve this template and this Guide to making a navigation for your userpage? Thanks.--KayKay|Chat to me! 12:08, 2 January 2011 (UTC)
- I don't really like that navigation. The sprites seem unnecessary. And I would have no idea where to put your guide on Bulbapedia. You can ask someone like MAGNEDETH, but I think it belongs in your userspace. --ケンジのガール 12:18, 2 January 2011 (UTC)

I'm sorry Mrs. Kenji-girl for making two pages that where in your main space, I didn't see them, I'm so sorry. --Bye 13:23, 11 January 2011 (UTC)

Sorry....
I was trying to ask about possible trivia for the Ice Ball page but kind of forget to check the move's description. In the game's it's the user rolling into a ball of ice but in the anime it's a ball of ice thrown at the opponent created by the user. Since I thought I was wrong I just deleted the trivia part and asked for it to be deleted. Sorry for messing around there.... Shiramu Kuromu 21:53, 12 January 2011 (UTC)

Squirtle's gender
There is a bit of a Dispute on the Ash's Squirtle page regarding its gender. In the Japanese version of EP017, the Pokémon Subtitles for Squirtle use the personal pronoun "ore" (おれ), a masculine pronoun, which some have taken as "confirming" its gender as male. Ore is not used exclusively by males, as many websites will protest, and often female characters in anime often use the pronoun to denote masculinity. I have been trying to keep the page gender-neutral but I have been led here to ask you for the final say. --Jda95 06:17, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah... I had doubts on that myself. I believe I mentioned there that Anabel uses "boku" in the original version, a male pronoun. Go ahead and remove the gender. --ケンジのガール 06:26, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
New template
Since you're the one that oversees all things anime, I thought you should be one of the first to see the new Template I came up with. :) ★Jo the Marten★ ಠ_ಠ 07:23, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
- I'm guessing this is for the episode pages. I don't know how I feel about it. I mean, it's pretty and all. I just think it would be too much of a hassle when episodes need to be updated. Like when an episode airs. Sometimes I watch and write down the characters I see in the episode as it airs. It would be difficult if I had to deal with all of the coding while trying to remember what I just saw. And I'm sure that applies to other users. Not to mention it might be confusing for inexperienced users.
- If it were to be used, I would suggest that it would be in list form, like on the pages, and that the text would be left aligned, instead of centered. It would be easier to read that way. But I'm just not that thrilled about the idea of using a template. --ケンジのガール 07:36, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
Question
Hi. I would want to ask you about Ash's and Dawn's article: I think we have better to modify the part "In training" into "Can be called upon" for Ash, and for Dawn "Released" instead "in training" (about "Dawn's Ambipom"). "In training" is a statement too vague to express their real status, Because that either those of the laboratory of Professor Oak or those released are in training, all pokémons when they have the occasion to train, they do it, it's logic. For exemple, ash's Quilava: it learned a new move in the laboratory of Professor Oak meaning that it trains there. About Ambipom, she is right in training but this one is in training to improve her capabilities for a sport she enjoys. That doesn't interest us. What interests us is knowing what a character did of the pokémon, in this case, Dawn released her. And the same situation is to be considered for Ash's Primeape whose i suggest to put it in the part "Released". What do you think ? Falk 20:58, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
- I think it's fine the way it is. I mean, there's no proof that they won't be called upon ever again, even though it's incredibly unlikely. I think Ash's Gliscor taught us that. I thought it was gone for good but... oh surprise, Ash calls it back for the Sinnoh League. Ash's Gliscor and Dawn's Ambipom are in the same category in my eyes. If Gliscor can return, why can't Ambipom or Primeape? It's very unpredictable. --ケンジのガール 21:49, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
- I agree whith what you said but why not adding a part for Pokemon that can be called upon (Ash's Charizard and Ash's Squirtle) ? Jolami 21:55, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
- Technically, they are in training.
Ok about they're technically in training but it brings confusion with pokemon that can be called upon and the other that can't (not still today in the anime). Jolami 22:32, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
It's realy nice like that but concerning Primeape, yes maybe, it can be called upon in the futur, however it wasn't hapenned today in the anime, don't you think that we have to precise (putting him in the part released as it precised in its article and same thing for Ambipom or precising that Ash's Charizard and Squirtle can called be upon apart Primeape)? Thanks for your antention Jolami 00:07, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
- But we don't know they are officially released. As I said before, what if I were to move Primeape/Ambipom to released and an episode in the future shows the Trainer call them back to their team? They could end up just like Gliscor. --ケンジのガール 00:14, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
- All right, you convinced me, thanks one more time for your explication! Jolami 00:26, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
- But juste about the section where there is Primeape, you affirm that he still owns it and can be called upon: Ash still owns Ash's Charizard and Squirtle for sure but we don't know about Primeape, maybe we have to precise that or saying about Pokemon that can be called upon and still owns by Ash are Ash's Charizard and Squirtle, don't you think ? Jolami 00:34, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
- I'm not sure if you saw, but I changed the text to "some of these". Again, there is no evidence that Ash gave away Primeape. It's not like Butterfree, Lapras, Pigeot, and Beedrill. Did James release Cacnea when he gave it to Gardenia for training? Nope. Will we see it again? Probably not but we can't be sure. --ケンジのガール 00:42, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
- I come to see, it's better! Yes i agree there is no evidence that Ash gave away Primeape but there is also no evidence that he still owns it, in resulting we are confronted with a question mark is why I suggested you to specify it. Jolami 00:52, 15 January 2011 (UTC)

Ash's Pikachu
I've been dealing with two users that are bringing up the point about Ash's Pikachu and the Poké Ball it should have been in. The argument is that Pikachu was put into a standard Poké Ball instead of the lighting bolt marked one. I need extra staff input in resolving this issue. Can you weigh in?
Also, can you check the IP on this user? I think it might be related to the two users above. Thanks! --rockersk08 03:12, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
- I checked his IP. He is from the same area as the two users about, but does not have matching IPs. However, his IP does match another user named Kolando. He'll probably just say it's his brother or something. --ケンジのガール 03:18, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry, but i can explain that, there is no problem, and i'm not trying to do anything of wrong in creating a new login: in my debut in this site, i was creating a login "Clark" and after to have finished what i was wanting to edit, i change the password into another whose i could't remember so I'm not tempted to enter in the site because when i stay in a site i'm tempted to re enter every five minutes... We can say that I am a passionate... After i delete, i remark always that there is another thing that i have to edit and so on. I'm really sorry about that! Jolami 03:49, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
Genders
Any idea about why most of Ash's Pokémon got their genders removed (with the exception of Squirtle as I saw a debate if it was actually male or not)? PattyMan 05:24, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
- Most? All I did was remove Bulbasaur, Charizard, and Squirtle's genders. Somebody said that they were confirmed because they used the "ore" pronoun in that episode where they were being subtitled. And it's not a good enough confirmation. --ケンジのガール 05:43, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
- Charizard was confirmed to be a male due to Brock mentioning about his Flamethrower being strong and falling in love with Charla. Bulbasaur, was mentioned that it was a he in its debut. I mentioned most as I didn't know if the other Pokémon got affected as well. PattyMan 17:41, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
Pikachu's Poké Ball
It says in the article that Pikachu's first Poké Ball was left empty, Rocker told me that no information has been formalized. I Would Like to Know What Can We guess about Pikachu's Poké Ball, it Can not Be The One With The lightning bolt mark from Oak's Laboratory as Ash Tried to recall him with a regular. Apart that, could you please answer me about Ash's Primeape: We have to precise Ash don't possess it, based on information that we know up today (maybe it could be called upon in the futur and be confirmed to be still owned by Ash, however it's not the case today, we have to say that it doesn't belong to Ash after proven guilty. Don't you think? Jolami 09:58, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
- Look... It's titled "Ash's Primeape". Not "Anthony's Primeape". Ash never said that he was giving it away forever. Yeah, he probably will never get it back but...
- GLISCOR
- That will always be my counter argument. It's staying under "In training". End of discussion.
- I still have to look into the whole Poké Ball business. --ケンジのガール 10:13, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry, but you didn"t understand me, i didn't say to remove it of the section "In training". The problem is that you affirm that Ash still owns Primeape in the sentence that you add. I just say that we don't know anything about that (Ash's Charizard and Squirtle are confirmed to be still owned by Ash but not Primeape as it has never been called upon by Ash) and we have better to precise that in the sentence. I agree with your logic that it can be called upon by Ash, I have never said the opposite, however when you said "This section lists all the Pokémon Ash still owns but are in the care of another Trainer." I disagree, all apart Primeape, from information that we have today. That's all i was wanting to say you. Thanks for your attention one more time! Jolami 10:43, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
- There is no proof that Ash does not own Primeape anymore. He merely left it with Anthony so that it could compete in Gran Prix. Just like Ambipom and Ping-Pong, Cacnea and Drain Punch, and Gliscor in the Sky thingy. --ケンジのガール 10:50, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
- I know about there is no proof that Ash does not own Primeape, but there is no proof too that Ash still owns Primeape: it's a question mark concerning Primeape. It's why I suggested putting a sentence specifying it in Ash's article. Jolami 10:57, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
- Anthony is a character of the day and even though it is his Primeape now, the page should stay as Ash's Primeape as bulbapedia disallows creating articles that have a Pokémon belong to a character of the day. I don't know what Primeape has to do with Pikachu's Poké Ball.PattyMan 17:52, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
- It what i was thinking "Anthony is a character of the day and even though it is his Primeape now" however Kenji is saying the opposite affirming it still owns to Ash in Ash's article (i don't say the opposite, it can be still owned by Ash). However today from the anime, Primeape is considered as released as Ash gave it to Anthony and as it has never appeared since (maybe in the futur it will be called upon by Ash and when the time will come, we will affirm this in the article, but that is not still happened today). The discussion of Ash's Primeape is in the section "Question" but as i had had no answer about my suggestion, i prefered to talk about it here. Concerning Pikachu's Poké Ball, i follow the logic: in ep001 Ash tried to recall pikachu into its Poké Ball (which was a regular poké ball) 2 times, after to be went out out of Oak's Laboratory and when Ash and Pikachu was confronted to Spearow, and in ep005, against Onix, Ash tried also to recall him into a regular Poké Ball (therefore we can affirm that the Poké Ball with the lightning bolt mark has been left empty in Oak's Laboratory (like that of Gary's Blastoise) ). I suppose that Pikachu's current Poké Ball is one of the six that Professor Oak gave to Ash in ep001. Jolami 19:04, 16 January 2011 (UTC
- I do agree with you and Kenji. I mentioned about Anthony being the character of the day as I saw there was a debate going on (not specifically referring to this talk page) about Ash and his Pokémon lately and it was getting out of hand. PattyMan 19:22, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

Ash's Primeape and Dawn's Ambipom
Hi. All right, you affirm ash still owns Primeape, but why there is in its own article below "ability unknown" "released in The Punchy Pokémon". And about Dawn can we affirm she still owns Ambipom ? Jolami 12:40, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
Also, about the sentence concerning "in training" in Ash's article. I think the sentence that you put the first time is better. Apart this, in Dawn's article, if you affirm she still owns Ambipom, we have to modify the sentence and adding that she still owns her, and to remove "released in To Thine Own Pokémon Be True" which is below "Traded for Dawn's Buizel" in Ambipom's article. Thank you for answering me and sorry to bother you on this subject. Jolami 17:10, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
And sorry i forgot to say that it is marked in Primeape's article "so Ash gave it to him", which is contradictory with what is marked in the section "in training" in Ash's article about Ash still owns it. That's all I have to say, thanks for answering me! Jolami 19:38, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
In case you had not understood me, you convinced me about the belonging of Primeape to Ash. I'm just saying that there are contradictory elements about what is described in the Primeape's article and should be edited (look above). On the other hand, I wonder if Ambipom still belongs to Dawn? Thank you for answering me about that and about others things that i said above. Jolami 12:25, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
Professor Oak's what
Hi, with the new reveal of the Live Caster's English name, the Xtransceiver, HoennMaster and I have been having a disagreement (and revert war) of what the BW anime section should be called. The Japanese name is 'オーキド博士のポケモンライブキャスター', and was (and is currently) translated to 'Professor Oak's Live Caster'. Since this is only half translated (Okido to Oak, but not Live Caster to Xtransceiver), and as far as I know Bulbapedia's policy was to use translations where extant, even if the actual thing being referred to does not have a translation (like for Overload (ability)), I changed it to 'Professor Oak's Xtransceiver'*. However HoennMaster has reverted this, saying that it was the staff's choice and it shouldn't be translated as the segment won't be used in the dub, and that I should bring it up with a mod. So I'm here to ask what it should be referred to as, Professor Oak's Live Caster or Professor Oak's Xtransceiver*? Bluesun 07:45, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
- I've thought about this and I don't think it should be changed. This is the reason. The Pokémon Live Caster segment is not equal to the regular Live Caster. Even though it's likely, is there really any proof that the actual Xtransceiver has anything to do with the lecture? I don't recall him using one in the lectures. I know it sounds weird but I'm hoping you can understand. --ケンジのガール 08:41, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
- Alright, thanks. So, I guess all that is left is to ask about a minor issue, which would be better, "Professor Oak's Live Caster" (as it is) or "Professor Oak's Pokémon Live Caster" then? Bluesun 09:02, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
- To answer your hidden comment, a big encyclopedia appears on the title screen right before the lecture. Same can't be said about the Xtransceiver. And Pokémon was added. Not sure why it was ever left out. --ケンジのガール 09:41, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
- Ah, right, okay, thanks. I don't know either. Bluesun 10:02, 18 January 2011 (UTC)

DP170
It was put under milestone episodes because it aired on the anniversary of the first episode. Don't think that really qualifies it as milestone though. --HoennMaster 16:51, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
