In the anime
Aloe first appeared in BW014 where she was shown to have shut her Gym. Later, inside the museum, when a Desumasu had possessed Cilan, she appeared and used her Watchog's Illuminate to show the presence of Desumasu and returned Cilan to normal. She told them that Desumasu had been taken with the exhibit without it knowing. Then when sleeping it accidentally dropped its mask. Kidachi found it and put it behind glass and Desumasu tried to get it back. In the end Aloe along with Ash, Iris, Cilan and Kidachi released Desumasu into the world.
In BW015, she accepted Ash's offer to battle her for a badge; however, Ash's Pokémon were easily defeated. In BW016, she battled Ash in a rematch. This time, Ash was able to defeat her, earning himself the Basic Badge

Aloe's Watchog debuted in BW014, where it activated its Illuminate ability to reveal Desumasu's presence.
In BW015, it was sent out to battle Ash's Oshawott, first using Mean Look to prevent it from returning to its Poké Ball. While Oshawott was initially able to withstand its Thunderbolt with its shell, Watchog quickly separated Oshawott and its shell, allowing it to defeat Oshawott with its Template:Type2 attack.
Watchog was seen again during Ash and Aloe's rematch in BW016. Like before, it used Mean Look to trap Oshawott, then used Confuse Ray. However, in spite of its confusion, Oshawott was able to knock Watchog out with its newly learned Aqua Jet, knocking itself out in the process.
Watchog's known moves are Mean Look, Low Kick, Thunderbolt and Confuse Ray, and its ability is Illuminate.

Aloe's Lillipup debuted in BW015, where it battled Ash's Tepig. When it was first sent out, both Iris and Ash were drawn to its cuteness. Despite its cute appearance, however, it was shown to be fierce in battle, to Iris's dismay. In its battle with Ash, it used Roar to send Tepig, forcing Oshawott to come out. It was then called back to its ball. Later on, it was sent back out when Watchog defeated Oshawott. It was able to easily beat Ash's Tepig with a powerful Take Down, causing Ash to lose the battle to Aloe.
Lillipup's known moves are Roar, Shadow Ball and Take Down.
Debut | BW016 |

Aloe's Haderia debuted in BW016, when Aloe decided to use it in her second Gym Battle against Ash in order to test him against a different Pokémon after his hard training at the local Battle Club. Like Lillipup, it used Roar to force Ash's Tepig to return into its Poké Ball, forcing Oshawott into the battle. After this, Haderia was recalled back into its ball. It was called out again later to battle Tepig after Oshawott had tied with Watchog. Haderia proved to be far stronger than Lillipup, using the powerful Giga Impact to make things difficult for Tepig. However Tepig was far more faster and powerful than before and battled hard, finally taking Haderia out with his newly-learned Nitro Charge.
Haderia's known moves are Roar, Shadow Ball, Protect and Giga Impact.
Trivia
- Her Japanese Leader title is ナチュラル ボーン ママ.
- After the release of Pokémon Black and White, Aloe's Sugimori art on the official website for the games was updated to have her apron slung over her shoulder.
