Challenger's Cave (Japanese: 修行の岩屋 Training Cavern) is a cave located in the western half of the Unova region. It can be accessed at Route 9, but only after the player has defeated the Elite Four.
Geography
Challenger's Cave appears to be carved out of a slight hill. The cave is very dark, so Flash is required to easily navigate the cave. There is also an underground stream located in Challenger's Cave, so Surf is also required to navigate the lower levels of the cave.
