Landorus (Japanese: ランドロス Landlos) is a dual-type Ground/Flying legendary Pokémon.
While he is not known to evolve into or from any Pokémon, he has an alternate forme which will be prominent in Black 2 and White 2. This forme is known as Reijuu Forme, while the standard forme is called Keshin Forme.
Along with Tornadus and Thundurus, Landorus is a member of the Kami trio, serving as its trio master.
Biology
Physiology
Landorus is an orange, muscular, vaguely ogre or genie-like Pokémon. He has three small pink horns, orange ears, yellow eyes and a white mustache. His muscular arms are spotted with darker pink, and his navel also has a spot of pink. His chest is colored orange and he has five fingers. He has a trailing cloud for a lower body, and his long, curling, brown, branch-like tail is adorned with various flat, pink protrusions.
Gender differences
Landorus is a male-only species with no female counterpart.
Special abilities
Landorus is considered the god of fields, due to helping crops grow. His tail causes the soil to gain nutrition.

Habitat
Landorus seems to live above the skies. Sometimes it stops on the Abundant Shrine in the Unova region, but only when Tornadus and Thundurus are in the same place.

In the anime
Major appearances
Landorus made his debut in Stopping the Rage of Legends! Part 1. He appeared in the legend of Milos Island related to Ash and his friends by Lewis, and later appeared at the end of the episode when called to stop the battle of Tornadus and Thundurus. He then appeared in Stopping the Rage of Legends! Part 2, where he managed to subdue the other members of the Kami Trio.

- Landorus has the highest Special Attack of all Ground-type Pokémon.
- Landorus is one of four Pokémon immune to one of its own types without the aid of an ability. He shares this trait with Gligar, Gliscor and Stunfisk.
- Although Landorus is a Flying-type, it doesn't learn any moves of this type through leveling up.
Origin
Landorus is based on the Inari, the kami of fertility. It may also have drawn inspiration from genies.
