Gust (Japanese: かぜおこし Stir Up Wind) is a Flying-type move introduced in Generation I that deals a small amount of damage. In Generation I, this move is Normal-type.

Gust does low damage.

Gust is a normal-type move in Generation I.

Generation II-IV

Gust became a flying-type move in Generation II and onwards.

Does twice as much damage to an opponent that has used Fly.

In the anime

Gust is first seen in Pokémon, I Choose You!, by a Pidgey that Ash tried, but failed, to capture.

It is regularly used by Ash's Pidgeotto.
