Weather Ball is a Normal-type move introduced in Generation III that deals a small amount of damage normally, but in weather it's attack power is doubled.
Effect
Generation III
The type that Weather Ball is depends on the weather conditions at the time it is used. It will be Fire if Sunny Day is under effect, Water if Rain Dance is under effect, Ice if Hail is under effect, Rock if Sandstorm is under effect, It will be a Shadow move (and therefore Template:Type2) if Shadow Sky is under effect in Pokémon XD, and Normal in any other circumstance. If it is used when any weather condition is on effect, its base power becomes 100.
