Electric Pikachu Boogaloo issue 1 is the ninth monthly issue of the manga series The Electric Tale of Pikachu to be released by VIZ Media. It contains the ninth and tenth chapters of the manga, as well as some bonus content that was not in the original volume.
The contents of this issue were later rereleased by VIZ Media as part of Volume 3.
