Hideaki Kuroda is a video game composer and sound designer. He worked on various games in HuneX (from April 2007 to March 2010) and Procyon Studio (from April 2010 to May 2013). Since June 2013, he has been active as a freelance composer. Game Freak hired him to work on the Pokémon franchise providing sound effects and designing the Pokémon cries in Pokémon X and Y and Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, as well as some music arrangements for the latter. He also scored Tembo the Badass Elephant.
His work is featured in Pokémon Omega Ruby & Pokémon Alpha Sapphire: Super Music Collection.
