Hideaki Kuroda is a video game composer and sound designer. He worked on various games in HuneX (from April 2007 to March 2010) and Procyon Studio (from April 2010 to May 2013). Since June 2013, he has been active as a freelance composer. Game Freak hired him to work on the Pokémon franchise providing sound effects and designing the Pokémon cries since Pokémon X and Y. He has also done some arrangements and performances in the games, and scored Game Freak's Tembo the Badass Elephant.
