Glacia (Japanese: プリム Prim) is a master Ice-type trainer.
In the games
In Generation III, Glacia is the third member of the Hoenn Elite Four.
Glacia had trained in an unspecified region before journeying to Hoenn to become part of the third installment of the Elite Four; it is believed that this region is in fact Sinnoh due to Glacia's contrasting its climate with that of Hoenn as well as referring to it as being afar, a description which suits Sinnoh more than the other known regions. Glacia has a team consisting of five very powerful Ice-type Pokémon, to which she refers as having "flaming passion in icy cold".
Her strategy is to rely on Items. She traveled south because she thought that Ice-types could be strengthened in harsh and warmer regions.

Quotes
"Welcome, my name is Glacia of the Elite Four. I've traveled from afar to Hoenn so that I may hone my ice skills. But all I have seen are challenges by weak Trainers and their Pokémon. What about you? It would please me to no end if I could go all out against you!"
"You and your Pokémon... How hot your spirits burn! The all-consuming heat overwhelms. It's not surprise that my icy skills failed to harm you."
"Advance to the next room. And there, confirm the truly fearsome side of the Pokémon League."
In the Pokémon Special manga
In the Pokémon Special manga, she is one of the Elite Four who struggle to revive Registeel, Regirock and Regice, so that Groudon and Kyogre may be defeated.
