The Ring of Lightning Theme Deck from the Steam Siege expansion of the Pokémon Trading Card Game focuses on and type Pokémon.
Like other Theme Decks, Ring of Lightning includes damage counters, a custom coin, one two-player mat, a Hoopa deckbox, and a TCGO deck access code. The initial release features a Gold Non Holofoil Hoopa coin, while releases available starting October 5, 2016 feature a Gold Cracked Ice Holofoil Hoopa coin.
