In-Battle
Generation III
A Sitrus Berry, if held by a Pokémon, can restore 30 HP when its HP drops to below 1/3, or can be used as an item to restore 30 HP at any time.
Generation IV
A Sitrus Berry, if held by a Pokémon, can restore 1/4 of its HP when its HP drops to below 1/2, or can be used as an item to restore 1/4 of a Pokémon's HP at any time.
Berry Blending
Berry Crushing
Poffin Cooking
At 100% performance, a Sitrus Berry can produce a Level 12 (probably higher) Sour Poffin when cooking alone.
Trivia
In both generations, Sitrus Berries grow into fruit-bearing trees in double the time it takes for Oran Berries to do the same.
