Sharpen is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Generation I
Sharpen increases the user's attack by 1 level.
Sharpen will do nothing if the user's attack has reached a level of +6 or a value of 999. The effect of Sharpen is ignored by critical hits.
