Wish is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation III.
Battle Effect
Generation III
The turn Wish is used, the only effect will be the user 'wishing upon stars'. At the end of the next turn though, the wish will be granted and the user will recover half its maximum HP. If the user is switched out or faints before the wish comes true, the incoming Pokémon will benefit from it, recovering half of its own maximum HP.
Wish cannot be used if the HP of the user is full and it will do nothing if the Pokémon which should be cured has its HP full.
