Urshifu (Japanese: ウーラオス Ūraosu) is a Fighting-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII.
It evolves from Kubfu. It also has a Gigantamax form.
It has one of two different secondary types: Dark or Water. Its secondary type is permanent and determined by how Kubfu was trained when evolved.
Urshifu is the game mascot of The Isle of Armor.
Biology
Urshifu's style and personality is determines how it trained before evolving.
Single Strike Style Urshifu prefers battling with holding back. If enraged, it will mercilessly attack the opponent until utterly crushed. Its movements are direct and rushing in straight line. When it is a certain distance apart from opponent, it quickly leaps out to unleash a powerful blow. Rapid Strike Style Urshifu prefers calm observing the opponent and strength while dodging. It uses flowing moments ward off an opponent's attack before overwhelming them with rapid strikes. [1]
Gigantamax Shiffu in Single Strike style it has been called the "Very embodiment of rage and a divine emissary who banishes evil spirits through its fury might. The Raid Strike style version of Gigantamax main stance in a calm manner. Any opponent who face it will feel greatly agitated or sense of relief after being freed from evil spirits.[2]
