Michael (Japanese: マサヒロ Masahiro) is one of the three Club Members from the Fighting Club, under Club Master Mitch, in Pokémon Trading Card Game.
In Pokémon Trading Card Game
Michael is not found at the Club the first time the player meets him. Instead, he is training at the Grass Club. He appears from the start of the game.
Michael challenges to a 4-card prize match. Upon defeat, he awards the player with two Colosseum booster packs. It is necessary to defeat Michael to be able to challenge either Jessica at the Fire Club or Chris at the Rock Club. All three must be defeated to challenge Mitch.

In Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!
Michael plays two different decks over the course of the game. Both decks are four prize card matches.
You Can Do It Machop! Deck

You Can Do It Machop! Deck (Japanese: がんばれ!ワンリキーデッキ) is the first deck played by Michael. Upon defeat, he awards the player with one Beginning Pokémon booster pack.
This deck can be played against from the beginning of the game in the Fighting Club communications room, and remains available to play against after GR1 leaves the club, until the GR Coin is completed. If GR1 is the last GR member defeated, Michael will upgrade his deck and cease using this deck immediately.

New Machoke Deck (Japanese: ニューゴーリキーデッキ) is the second deck played by Michael. Upon defeat with this deck, he awards the player with two Island of Fossil booster packs.
This deck can be challenged once the GR Coin is fully assembled and the player has access to GR Island.
