Levincia (Japanese: ハッコウシティ Hakkō City) is a city in the Paldea region, located in East Province (Area Two). Historically, it used to be a port town that shipped ore from the mines, before it became a major business hub in the present day.

Because of the Gym's specialized type, the people of this city tend to walk around accompanied by Electric-type Pokémon.

• As a large seaside city along Paldea's eastern coastline featuring modern buildings and towering high-rises, Levincia may be based on the real-world port city of València. Levincia also appears to be a modified anagram of València.
