Levincia (Japanese: ハッコウシティ Hakkō City) is a city in the Paldea region, located in East Province (Area Two). Historically, it used to be a port town that shipped ore from the mines, before it became a major business hub in the present day.
Because of the Gym's specialized type, the people of this city tend to walk around accompanied by Electric-type Pokémon.

The Levincia Gym is the official Gym of Levincia. The Gym Leader is Iono, who specializes in Electric-type Pokémon.
Effort Ribbon
The Effort Ribbon is obtained from the an NPC in the area of greenery within the southern portion of the city. For a Pokémon to obtain the Effort Ribbon, it must have 510 effort values.
