Syrup Bomb (Japanese: みずあめボム Mizuame Bomb) is a damage-dealing Grass-type move introduced in Generation IX. It is the signature move of Dipplin and Hydrapple.
Effect
Syrup Bomb inflicts damage and lowers the target's Speed stat by one stage each turn, for the next three turns. It does not affect targets with Bulletproof. If the move's user leaves the field, the effect will end immediately. Notably, the game uses a custom animation when the target's Speed stat is lowered.
