The Lava Cookie (Japanese: フエンせんべい Huen Rice Cracker) is a type of medicine introduced in Generation III. It is a local specialty of Lavaridge Town and cures a Pokémon from all non-volatile status conditions and confusion.
In the core series games

In the Generation V games, the Lava Cookie can be sold to the gourmet maniac on Route 5 for $4000.
Effect
When used from the Bag on a Pokémon, it cures a Pokémon of all non-volatile status conditions (poison, paralysis, sleep, burn, freeze) and confusion.

In Pokémon: Magikarp Jump, Lava Cookies can appear as food that can be consumed by Magikarp. They are unlocked at Trainer Rank 42 and cost 7,564 to unlock.
In the anime
A Lava Cookie appeared in The Brockster Is In!. An elderly passenger gave it to Brock to help cure the poisoned Pokémon Normajean was taking care of.
In Battling as Hard as Stone!, Jessie and Morpeko were seen eating Lava Cookies.

In The Final Battle I, Gold was seen eating some Lava Cookies at the Hoenn Battle Frontier. As it was the first time he came to Hoenn, he decided to try the region's famous delicacy, and found them delicious.
Trivia
- Lava Cookies appear to be based upon senbei, a traditional Japanese rice cracker, specifically one wrapped with nori (seaweed).
