Kevin (Japanese: ケビン Kevin) is a member of Team Great Rocket from Pokémon Trading Card Game 2: The Invasion of Team GR!. He is one of the Trainers at the GR Psychic Stronghold.

In all battles against him, the Low Resistance (Japanese: 抵抗力ていか Lower Resistance) rule is active. thus every Pokémon's Resistance to is -10 instead of -30.
