Sourcing
I saw some of your contributions that got rid of {{fact}}
(which is good), but I would really appreciate if you were a little more talkative and articulated why you remove either just the template, or the statement as a whole.
In particular, I was wondering how this edit came about, since secondary source says it's in the podcast you were quite aware of (judging by another of your edits). Did you listen to it and the alphabet thing did in fact not pop up, or did you just make a mistake? Nescientist (talk) 20:59, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
This "secondary source" literally just lifted this entry from the wiki lol. As for the entry itself, I felt like it and the Xat portion were separated, as in it was not mentioned in the podcast and is an independant bit of trivia? Anyway it sounds kinda dubious, plus I could not any mention of it.FrenchOrange (talk) 23:10, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
- Just so you are aware, fan sites (or any third party sites) are not legitimate sources. A legitimate source would be the game themselves, the official Pokemon site, insterviews etc.. Thank you.--ForceFire 06:47, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- Both statements were originally added in the same edit, so they're apparently not really separated. Even though I cannot find a direct source either, it's not too unlikely that Jeff Kalles might have actually said something like that somewhere related to a podcast and/or Penny Arcade, especially when considering the rest of the edit makes sense, so I think it's best to restore the [citation needed] since it could very well be true. (If you are in fact sure for some reason, feel free to revert my edit, mentioning what that very reason is.) Nescientist (talk) 23:25, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
Userpages
Do NOT move userpages into the mainspace without permission. Especially when it is NOT your userpage. You must ask on the talk page if you want a proposed article to be mainspaced. Do NOT just assume you can move it just because you can. The article in question may not be notable at all due to it being subjective. If you move a userpage to the mainspace without permission again, there will be consequences. Thank you.--ForceFire 04:00, 3 January 2021 (UTC)
