This card was released as a Cosmos Holofoil SVP Black Star Promo card available in the Temporal Forces Three Pack Blisters from March 22, 2024. In Japan, this card was one of seven SV-P Promotional cards available in Pokémon Card Gym Promo Card Pack 3, which was distributed at Pokémon Card Gym venues able to do so from July 28, 2023. This card features the Pokémon Card Gym logo.

• Despite Cleffa being a Fairy-type Pokémon, prompting Weakness, this card erroneously has type properties intended for Psychic- or Ghost-type Pokémon: Weakness and Resistance.
