Ash's Gliscor (Japanese: サトシグライオン Satoshi's Glion) is the fourth Pokémon captured by Ash Ketchum in the Sinnoh region. Its Japanese voice actor is 小西克幸 Katsuyuki Konishi.
Ash caught Gliscor as a Gligar in Riding the Winds of Change!. It, along with many other Gligar and a Gliscor had become trapped in a city after being blown there by a violent windstorm. Gliscor's attempts at using sonar to navigate out of the city were blocked by the tall buildings, and only served to attract more Gligar and the Pokémon soon formed a pack.
The pack survived by picking fruit from trees, and stealing food from humans. After Ash and his friends save the pack, Gligar decides to travel with Ash, allowing him to capture it.
Gligar seems to have a habit of licking its lips and winking when appearing. It also has a tendency to crash land on top of Ash. It would also cry when scolded by Ash as shown in DP081. Additionally, Gligar seems extremely eager to win Ash's attention and approval and wanted to battle very badly, thus convincing Ash to send it out first in the battle against Paul. Not only that, but Gligar seems to be a crybaby of sorts, tearing up very often, especially in fear.
It evolved into a Gliscor in DP085 in order to save Ash from a fall. It appears to have kept its personality traits even after evolution.

Trivia
- Gliscor is the second Pokémon of the Template:Type2 Ash has captured in Sinnoh.
- Gliscor is also the third Flying-type Pokémon Ash has ever captured whose other type wasn't Normal, the other two being Butterfree and Charizard.
- Gliscor is Ash's third Template:Type2, right after Donphan and Larvitar, though Larvitar wasn't technically his.
- Ash's capture of Gligar brings another Generation II Pokémon to the group in the Diamond & Pearl series, the others being Aipom and Sudowoodo.
- Gliscor and Dawn's Swinub are the only Pokémon in the party of Ash and his friends that aren't in the Sinnoh Dex. Jessie, however, has Seviper, Wobbuffet and Yanmega.
- Gligar's means of capture is similar to Ash's Squirtle, in that it was part of a group of Pokémon of its species causing trouble for a town, joined because it wanted to go with Ash, filled Ash's party with six members, and was captured shortly before Ash met up with the region's third Gym Leader.
- Ash's Gligar appears on Route 215, a route where it is possible to catch Gligar via the dongle method using Pokémon Emerald.
- Gliscor is the first Pokémon caught by Ash to debut with no revealed attacks. Its battle debut wasn't until DP070, revealing three attacks at once.
- For DP068, Professor Oak's lecture is about Ash's Gligar.
- Gliscor appears to show behavior that is like Ash's Bayleef and Aipom. This is shown in DP070 when Gligar hugs Ash. As a Gligar, its stinger also appears to be fairly small compared to other Gligar, which means it could be female. However, this is unconfirmed.
- In DP075, Gligar appeared to be blushing just moments before it tackled Ash to the floor; why it did so is unclear, but may be further evidence that it might be female.
- Further, in DP081, Gligar repeatedly goes to Ash for hugs and affection. Gligar listens very intently and contemplatively to Ash's encouragement, seeming to drink in his every word, and is even startled when the other Pokémon encourage it. This behavior is also calls to mind Ash's Bayleef and Ash's Aipom, both of whom showed interest in Ash and are both female Pokémon. Also, the three Pokémon have English names which are also similar to their respective Japanese names.
- A recent trailer of Giratina and the Sky's Bouquet: Shaymin indicated Gligar's evolution, as a Gliscor is standing next to the rest of Ash's Pokémon and Ash's Gligar is not shown.
- Gliscor is the only fully evolved Pokémon in Ash's party at this time.
