The Relaxed Mint (Japanese: のんきミント Relaxed Mint) is an item introduced in Generation VIII. It is one of the types of mints that change the effect of a Pokémon's Nature.

Effect

If used from the Bag, it changes the effect of a Pokémon's Nature on its stats to that of the Relaxed Nature, increasing its Defense stat and decreasing its Speed stat.

SwShBDSPLA When a Pokémon smells this mint, its Defense will grow more easily, but its Speed will grow more slowly.
SV Having a Pokémon smell this mint can make its Defense stat grow stronger. However, its Speed stat may suffer.
