Conway (Japanese: コウヘイ Kōhei) is a minor recurring character from the anime. His first appearance was in Tag! We're It! as Dawn's tag-team partner. His Japanese voice actor is 三戸耕三 Kōzō Mito and his English voice actor is Billy Regan.
Conway was shown to be a very smart trainer. His strategies played an important role in helping Dawn and him to advance to the finals of the Sinnoh Double Battle Tournament. Conway will appear again in DP088.
