Kricketune (Japanese: コロトック Korotok) is a Bug-type Pokémon.
Biology
Physiology
Kricketune is a red cricket that resembles a conductor or stringed instrument. It has a mustache, two small feet, black wings, and scythes for hands (compare with Scyther). It has three black dots on its body and two beige stripes running down its body.
Gender differences
A female has a shorter moustache.
Special abilities
It can make music by rubbing its arms together.

Kricketune appears to be based on a violin beetle.
Name origin
Its name comes from cricket and tune. Its Japanese name may come from 蟋蟀 koorogi, cricket, and a corruption of 曲 kyoku, tune.
