Generation IV
Boosts the power of punching moves.

Iron Fist (Japanese: てつのこぶし Iron Fist) is an ability introduced in Generation IV. Only one Pokémon has this ability.

Iron Fist causes the Base Power of affected punching moves to increase by 20%.

Iron Fist has no effect outside of battle.

No Pokémon have Iron Fist as their only ability.
