(Japanese: ウララ Urara) is the character of the day who appeared in DP114. She is voiced by 川澄綾子 Ayako Kawasumi in Japanese.
She is a Coordinator who entered the Akebi Contest along with Dawn. It was also revealed that she also entered the Wallace Cup and as such hated the fact that Dawn was able to win it. She developed a rivalry with her.
At the contest, both of them managed to make it to the finals with Dawn finally winning.
