As a Murkrow

It first appeared in the first Diamond and Pearl introduction, Together. However, its first official appearance was in Top-Down Training!, where Paul used it in battle against Cynthia and her Garchomp. It was also revealed that it was caught during Paul's journey through Kanto, Johto and Hoenn.

It evolved off-screen between Riding the Winds of Change! and Lost Leader Strategy!. It battled against Maylene in a flashback, easily defeating her Meditite and her Machoke.

It appeared again in Aiding the Enemy, where it battled Ash's Turtwig. Even though Turtwig evolved to Grotle, it was still able to win the match.

It appeared again in DP118 where Paul entered it in a PokéRinger competition, in which it lost to Ash's Staraptor.
