Acid Armor (Japanese: とける Liquify) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Acid Armor increases the user's Defense by two stages.
Acid Armor will do nothing if the user's Defense has reached a level of +6 or a value of 999. The effect of Acid Armor is ignored by critical hits.
