Asuca Hayashi (林 明日香 Hayashi Asuka) is a Japanese singer from Osaka, born in May 28, 1989. She began her singing career at the age of 13 in Januray 2003 in Japan and Taiwan.

She is most popular for her song A Small Thing, the Japanese ending theme of the sixth Pokémon movie, Jirachi: Wish Maker. This song was later combined with English lyrics to create Make a Wish.
