Trivia
Origin
Yukikaburi appears to have been based on the daikon radish, also known as the winter radish, which are traditionally harvested and eaten during the winter. It's also possible that Yukikaburi was made to resemble a snow-covered fir tree.
Name origin
Yukikaburi's name comes the Japanese words yuki (snow) and kaburi (head). Alternatively, kabu is Japanese for turnip.
