The Week Siblings (Japanese: 曜日兄弟 Weekday Siblings), also known as the Once-a-week Siblings, are seven characters from the Generation II games and their remakes, Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, who will appear at a certain location depending on the day of the week. They were one of the aspects of the game taking advantage of the built-in clock system.
At all times on Route 26, a note in the house of the Week Siblings can be found, saying when and where each will appear. By going to the location on the right day of the week and talking to the Week Sibling, they would give players a certain type-enhancing held item. Each Week Sibling only gives a player one item; if someone were to visit them again on any following week, they would have nothing.

Trivia
- Coincidentally, the days the Week Siblings do not appear on a route (Wednesday and Saturday) are the days when the Pokémon Crystal move tutor is in Goldenrod City.
- Of all of the Week Siblings, only Sunny gives an item that boosts an elemental type not formerly governed solely by the Attack stat.
