Pokémon world locations |
Granite Cave (Japanese: いしのどうくつ Stone Cave) is located northwest of Dewford Town, with its only entrance on Route 106. In its deeper levels, a Trainer needs to use Flash to see clearly; otherwise, there will only be a small circle of visibility around the player. In Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, the main character needs to deliver the letter to Steven Stone in the deepest level of Granite Cave. Hidden in a prominent stone on the B2F level is an Everstone.
On B1F, the only way up to the upper half of the level is by using the Mach Bike to ride up a muddy slope.
Items
- HM05 (Flash) (Obtained from a Hiker near the entrance)
- Escape Rope
- Rare Candy (Mach Bike required)
- Repel (Mach Bike required)
- Everstone (Hidden) (Mach Bike required)

- Granite Cave is one of only three areas in Hoenn that need to use Flash, the others being the Cave of Origin and Victory Road (although Flash was not required in the Cave of Origin in Pokémon Emerald).
