The Subleaders of the Sea Scheme, or SSS for short, are the Aqua Admins of Team Aqua in the Pokémon Adventures manga. They are second in command only to Archie. The name of the group is sometimes pronounced Three S, according to the furigana.
The members are:

- He is the strongest member of the group although meanwhile also being clever and sensitive.
- She is the most perceptive member of the trio and with her ability the battle often goes her way.
- He masters the use of Secret Power, helping his team in hiding when it is needed.
The group is a Team Aqua equivalent of Three Fires but they can also be seen as parallels to the Team Rocket Elite Trio and The Three Beasts. They are loyal to their leader and follow his every command.
In Chuang Yi translation, their names (Ark, Angie, Amber) begin with the letter "A", indicating Team Aqua.
