CrystalShipping is the belief in a romantic relationship between Jimmy (Kenta) and Marina. Most evidence for this is found in The Legend of Thunder:Part One, in the scene with them talking outside the Pokémon Centre. Interestingly enough, many characters noticce this, including Vincent and Typhlosion.
