Misty, Tracey, and their Azurill
OrangeShipping is the belief in a romantic relationship between Misty and Tracey.
Admittedly, there is not much evidence from this in the highly-Pokéshippy Orange season. (Even Tracey appears to support Pokéshipping at times.) However, in the Housou/Chronicles episodes, Tracey starts visiting Misty at Cerulean Gym. Most hints come from here.
Later, at the end of the Hoenn saga, Tracey gives Misty an Azurill that his Marril gave birth to.
