Chiaki Takahashi (Japanese: たかはし智秋 Takahashi Chiaki), also known as Tomoko Ishibashi, is a Japanese voice actress for the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Takahashi was born on May 8, 1977 in Kanagawa, Japan. Takahashi started her work in the anime during the beginning of Pokémon the Series: Black & White. Her most notable role is that of the Officer Jennys of Unova. To date, she has not had any further roles after the end of Best Wishes.
